Job Overview:

En Route Technologies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent across various departments including software development, QA, IT support, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with department heads

Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing needs

Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment databases

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

– years of experience in technical or IT recruitment

Understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, support)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple open roles at once

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for software houses or tech startups

Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
