#### Job Summary
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, and supporting staff and management with routine organizational tasks.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily office activities and administrative operations.
* Maintain office files, records, documents, and databases.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, visitors, and office schedules.
* Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
* Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other departments.
* Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
* Maintain attendance and other relevant employee records.
