Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to promote ONIC telecom products and services, acquire new customers, build business relationships, and achieve monthly sales and activation targets.


Key Responsibilities
Generate new customers and business opportunities.
Promote ONIC SIMs, packages, and related services.
Achieve monthly activation and sales targets.
Develop relationships with individuals, businesses, retailers, and potential partners.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales and performance reports.
Work independently to achieve assigned targets.

Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, telecom, or customer acquisition is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Ability to work in the field and meet customers when required.
Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.

Salary: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commissions.
