Description

    Soft Nation Technologies is hiring for Procurement Executive Female to join the team

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Timings: pm- pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and deliveries.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while minimizing supply disruptions.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for on-time receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within procurement operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• – years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management (experience level adjustable).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
