Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join Afrozeh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s premium image in-store.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Maintain product knowledge of Afrozeh collections, fabrics, and trends

Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently

Process sales transactions accurately (cash/card systems)

Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements

Minimum Intermediate

– years of experience in retail sales (fashion/apparel preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude

Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling

Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of women’s fashion and designer wear

Upselling and cross-selling abilities

Familiarity with POS systems

Teamwork and adaptability
