Description

We are seeking a highly trustworthy, disciplined, and organized Personal Secretary / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership at a fast-growing private technology company 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time personal and administrative support
• Manage daily schedules, reminders, and tasks
• Assist with communications, coordination, and follow-ups
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal and business matters
• Handle documents, notes, and basic record keeping
• Support routine personal and work-related activities
• Assist during travel, meetings, and day-to-day operations
• Be available as required based on daily needs
