Shine Plus Private Limited is a unique project of the Hashoo Foundation. We have been providing nation-wide high-quality services in natural stone restoration, cleaning, and polishing business. Our valued customers include -star hotel chains, restaurants, farmhouses, the government sector and commercial buildings. We are specialized in marble cutting, grinding, and polishing by using the latest technology. In our further services, we proudly offer granite/chip cutting, grinding and polishing, brass and SS polishing, sanitization, and fumigation.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Business Development Executive, the candidate shall be self-motivated and responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing within the assigned area. He will be aggressive and creative with a proven success in new business development in the marble, chips, and granite polishing as well as fumigation and sanitization services. The candidate shall work under the guidance and direction of General Manager.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
Develop strong and cordial relationships with the existing and new clients to promote the services of Shine Plus.
Maintain and keep updated a prospective client database.
Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
Develop and execute business and marketing plans in coordination with GM Shine Plus to achieve revenue goals.
Identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals with strong follow-up.
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
Support GM in writing new business proposals.
Provide a report on business development activities and related successes against target metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as decided by the management.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
Close coordination with the technical support team and ensure to provide quality work to the clients and after-sale support.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree in a relevant field qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require project, foundation, business, business development executive, sales, marketing, new business development, build, client, coordination, senior management, business development, acquisition, technical support mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 90k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
