Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to manage customer interactions and support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, order fulfillment, and social media management, especially handling customer queries on Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process orders through Shopify (order fulfillment, tracking, updates)

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery

Handle customer queries via email, chat, calls, and Facebook

Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook in a professional and timely manner

Post and manage content on social media platforms (primarily Facebook)

Provide clear guidance and support to customers regarding orders, products, and services

Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify (order management & fulfillment)

Familiarity with Facebook page management and posting

Strong communication skills (English preferred)

Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Prior customer support or social media handling experience is a plus
