### Job Title: Call Centre Representative / Interns


**Job Description:**

A Call Centre Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, answering phone calls, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints professionally. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Explain products, services, and company policies to customers.
* Record customer interactions and update information in the company's system.
* Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
* Follow company procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.

**Required Skills:**

* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Good English communication skills (if required).

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum Intermediate or equivalent education (depending on company requirements).
* Fresh candidates may apply.
* Previous call centre experience is an advantage but not always required.

AquaSol is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Call Centre Coordinator/ Sales / Interns in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have any qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require representative, handling, customer, phone, calls, providing, customer complaints, communication skills, patience, incoming, solutions, policies, system, performance, procedures, verbal communication, basic, computer, pressure, customer service, interpersonal skills, intermediate, education mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 55k to 160k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
