Job Summary:

We are looking for a fast, accurate, and highly organized Data Entry Operator to manage our digital files and record-keeping systems. Your primary objective will be to migrate, input, and update high volumes of information into our secure internal databases while maintaining perfect accuracy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Information Processing: Transcribe alphanumeric data from source materials—including physical invoices, scanned documents, customer forms, and audio logs—into central spreadsheets or CRM databases.

• Quality Assurance: Review and verify incoming data for incomplete fields, clear errors, or systematic discrepancies, cross-referencing source documents to resolve anomalies.

• Database Maintenance: Update existing digital profiles, archive legacy files systematically, and eliminate duplicate records to optimize data retrieval speeds.

• Reporting & Administration: Extract routine data sets to compile basic operational summaries, log activity metrics, and perform standard administrative tasks as assigned.

• Confidentiality: Adhere to strict information security and privacy compliance protocols to protect sensitive corporate and customer information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or secondary certification in office administration or computer applications is a plus.

• Performance Metrics: Proven typing speed of at least – Words Per Minute (WPM) with a verified %+ accuracy rate.

• Software Skills: High proficiency with basic software applications, including Microsoft Excel (data filtering, formatting), Word, and standard cloud database environments.

• Core Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management under tight daily volume goals, and a high level of personal reliability.
