  • Overall operational activities
  • Technical support to the department
  • Maintaining records
  • Preparing documentation / reports
  • Handling mail and correspondence

  • Accurately enters data into the spreadsheet and reconciles the prior system.
  • Communication, & telephone relationships coordination with clients and the team
  • regarding process and closing.
  • Weekly meeting with higher management regarding updates of work.
  • Coordination with Education/ Employment/ Hospitality Sectors regarding
  • verification.
  • Support to team in scrutinizing the credentials, Root Cause Analysis of fraud/
  • dispute Cases.
  • Initiate the process and ensure closure of checks with the given period
  • Responsible for follow-up with external entities, to gather reports on authenticity
  • of documents.
  • Utilize different modes of verification process to focused on quality and error free
  • reports.
  • MIS tracking (Spreadsheets & Monthly reports data).
  • Maintaining Trackers/ MIS related to all document verification processes and
  • report the same on daily basis to reporting authority.
  • Responsible for any other task/ assignment as and when given by the supervisor
  • Reporting and communications with Local Clients as well.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
