Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. As the SEO Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through the sale of SEO services and solutions. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for SEO services and solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored SEO solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling SEO services and solutions
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to articulate and communicate the value proposition of SEO to clients.
- Excellent English commission skills
