Description

• Assist the Business Development and Sales teams with lead generation, prospect research, and client outreach through calls, emails, and online research.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.

• Maintain and update the database of potential clients, including contact information and lead status.

• Support the Sales Manager and senior management in sales activities, client communication, deal preparation, and business development projects.

• Assist in documenting and improving sales processes and maintaining relevant business and brand documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to support business growth and improve overall processes.
