Timings: Nine am-Six pm
Salary: market competitive
Job Role:
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at office.
• Direct Visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls,
• Ensure reception area is presentable.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
• Update calendars and schedule meeting.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional Attitude and appearance.
• Enthusiastic, Hardworking, Well organized and able to prioritize.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Officer in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Rawalpindi, Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors or masters qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require presentable, ms office, strong communication skills, verbal communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 35k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
