Description
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, and leaves.
Calculate bonuses, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security (EOBI/SSP if applicable), and statutory deductions.
Prepare payroll reports for finance and management review.
Coordinate with HR to verify new hires, exits, and employment changes.
Handle employee payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and payments.
Assist in internal and external payroll audits.
Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
Proven experience in payroll processing ( – years preferred).
Strong understanding of payroll systems and labor regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
