Position Overview
Abidi Solutions is seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist with exceptional English communication skills. The ideal candidate will confidently interact with customers over calls, resolve IT-related issues, and manage multiple support tickets efficiently. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
Resolve daily support tickets promptly and effectively.
Assist users with login issues in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft , and related services.
Troubleshoot authentication, access, and configuration issues for Microsoft applications.
Maintain knowledge of IT policies, security protocols, and standard procedures.
Prioritize and manage multiple tickets during the shift.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English to deliver high-quality support.
Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the ticketing system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum + years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional accent (mandatory).
Ability to confidently guide customers through issue resolution.
Strong expertise in Microsoft , SharePoint, Teams, and user account management.
Familiarity with IT policies and standard troubleshooting procedures.
Ability to handle multiple tickets daily while maintaining service quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during night hours.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require desk, timing, solutions, specialist, communication skills, calls, support, technical, technical support, ticketing, microsoft, sharepoint, authentication, access, configuration, policies, security, protocols, professional, accent, issue, user, troubleshooting, service mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 100k to -1 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
