Description
As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reconciliations, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Posting Payment and Receipt Entries: Accurately post payment and receipt entries in the general ledger, ensuring records are always up-to-date.
- Vendor Payments & Reconciliations: Process vendor payments promptly and ensure timely preparation of vendor reconciliations.
- Bank Reconciliations: Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Income Tax Records: Maintain proper records for all income tax collected and withheld, ensuring compliance.
- Quarterly income tax statements: Prepare and submit the quarterly tax statements in a timely manner.
- PRA Return: Prepare and submit monthly Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) returns.
- Fixed Asset Register: Maintain the fixed asset register and prepare necessary reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Stores Register: Maintain and update the stores register, including timely recording of consumption, returns, replacements, and valuation of closing stocks.
- Confidentiality & Filing: Ensure all documents related to accounts are properly maintained, filed, and kept confidential.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties related to bookkeeping, reporting, and administration as assigned by management.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
