Description

Timing: Night Shift: Mon to Sat: pm to am

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting tasks aligned with US financial standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ERP, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and tax basics related to US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for US-based clients.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements.

Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

Coordinate with US clients for financial queries and updates.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Work with QuickBooks, Xero, or other US accounting software.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in US accounting (preferred).

Strong understanding of ERP.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Xero.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
