Job Description:

TradeUnleashed.com is hiring an AM Software & Customer Support professional to manage ERP system support and client issue resolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, troubleshooting ERP-related issues, and visiting client locations to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ERP software support to clients

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Visit customer sites for technical assistance

Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Document issues and solutions

Requirements:
