Toronto’s largest rental management company is looking to add call center reps to our team.

We generate over leads per month and we're growing.

We are seeking a call center specialist, with a strong focus on customer service, to manage our lead volume, by phone and email.

The company prides itself on providing luxury accommodations and exemplary service by a team that is dedicated to providing the best service possible.

General Scope of work:

Responsible for troubleshooting problems and arranging repairs. Communicating with guests, owners, vendors, and the various on-site property management offices. Additionally, you will work closely with several departments including Sales and Housekeeping.

Main Duties:

. Answer Guest queries, Troubleshoot issues, dispatch trades

. Correspond with owners & tenants regarding repair status.

. Coordinate repairs reported upon pre/post-move-in & move-out inspections.

. Establish working relationships with the numerous on-site property management offices.

. Any other task assigned by management as long as it is not unethical, immoral or illegal.

. Invoice Management – ensure invoices are received and posted.

Requirements:

. Excellent verbal and written English.

. Previous experience working directly with the AirBNB call center or hotel management industry is preferred.

. Friendly, customer-centric and resourceful approach to work.

. Impeccable phone manners are a MUST!

. Ability to manage conversations with potentially difficult clients

. Ability to multi-task, taking calls and setting appointments or looking up other pertinent information in a timely manner.

. Able to multi-task and handle a high volume of emails and phone calls. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with limited need for direction or supervision and understands how to prioritize tasks. Should have strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience and typing speed of WPM

Job Type: Full-Time On-Site Job ( Days a week)

Office Timings: PM till . AM PKT

Location: Wapda town , Lahore
