Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as BDE. This entry-level position is perfect for fresher’s and students who are eager to gain valuable experience and develop essential communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Introduce and promote services to prospects.

Understand customer needs and effectively communicate services.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call quotas.

Requirements:

Experience as Truck dispatching BDE is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Basic computer skills.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
