Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications. You should have a strong understanding of web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on both the front-end and back-end development. A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, proactive, and

committed to delivering high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development: Develop and maintain websites using modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side functionality using programming languages like PHP, Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
Database Management: Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional web pages.
Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed and performance through best practices in coding, caching, and database queries.
Security & Compliance: Implement security measures to protect websites from threats and ensure compliance with best web security practices.
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless performance across different web browsers and devices.
Version Control & Collaboration: Utilize GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket for version control and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify and fix website bugs, errors, and usability issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web development projects.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python.

Familiarity with web development tools such as Git, npm, Webpack, etc.

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party services integration.

Proficient in using version control systems (Git/GitHub).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.

Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.

Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).

Version Control: Git, GitHub

Development Tools: VS Code, Sublime Text

Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
