Description
Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant team internally and/or externally.

Pakistan is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of WAH – International Email Chat Support in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Karachi , Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have intermediate, o-level,a-level & graduates qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require liaison, service delivery, query, customer service, service level, intermediate, communication, verbal, ms office, excel, fluently english mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 30k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
