Description

Allied Axis is hiring a Remote HR Operations Intern for a six-month unpaid internship focused on recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates

• Review CVs and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

• Support onboarding and HR documentation

• Update performance and workflow dashboards

• Track team tasks and follow up on progress

• Assist with day-to-day HR and business operations

• Coordinate with remote team members across Pakistan, the UAE, and the UK

• Suggest improvements to internal HR processes and workflows

Requirements

• Three to six months of HR, recruitment, or operations experience is preferred

• Motivated fresh candidates may also apply

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Access to a laptop and stable internet connection

• Ability to commit consistently for six months

• Pakistan-based female candidates are preferred
