SMEFY is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter (Sales Hiring Specialist) who can build and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting sales professionals and be capable of handling the complete recruitment lifecycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit talented Sales Representatives, Business Development Executives (BDEs), Sales Recruiters, and other sales professionals.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Issue offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Clearly explain job responsibilities, KPIs, and company expectations to new hires.
• Monitor and analyze employee performance during the probation period.
• Replace underperforming employees by maintaining a continuous hiring pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
• Minimum years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in hiring Sales Executives, BDEs, Tele Sales Representatives, or similar sales positions.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
• Ability to evaluate candidate performance and hiring quality.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, Mustakbil, Facebook Hiring, or other recruitment platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
