- Transform complex problems into elegant experiences.
- Ideation, concept development and experience innovation.
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios and storyboards.
- Troubleshoot and identify resolutions to reported user experience issues.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Close collaboration with development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices and trends.
- Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other research.
- Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales.
- Minimum years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- Knowledge of a variety of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Creative suite, Sketch and Invision
- Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS , and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Strong prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organization, logic, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A conceptual thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to see the "big picture" and hone-in on the details.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well in a team environment.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
