Description

Fathom International is looking for Truck Dispatchers and Sales representatives who have good communication skills, ability to find best-paying loads, negotiating desired rates with brokers, Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes and have Complete knowledge of major load boards

• Experienced candidates in the trucking industry are preferred.
  
  
  • Truck onboarding.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sourcing Carriers by speaking with them.
  • Making Outbound calls and onboarding carriers.
  • Adding Loads into the system (Dispatch Management Software) and assign to Trucks.
  • Managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes
  • Submitting Invoices
  • Maintaining Records
  • Negotiating rates and delivery time lines
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  Hardworking & Punctual
  Fluent USA English
  Excellent Communication (Oral and Verbal)
  Ability to work under pressure. Computer Literate (MS Word & Excel)
