Description

Tech Troops urgently looking to hire motivated and experienced Sales and dispatch Based Call Center experienced agents for a USA-based trucking Campaign to join our growing team.

• Coordinate freight schedules for pick-up and delivery.
• Communicate shipping details to customers, ensuring clarity and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive records of calls, deliveries, routes, and times for pickups and deliveries.
• Manage all paperwork related to shipments, including invoice completion and timely submission.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries with effective solutions and positive communication.
• Ensure Truck Driver compliance with transportation rules and regulations.
• Monitor units until the successful delivery of the load.
• Negotiate competitive rates and delivery timelines with brokers and carriers.
• Secure loads by negotiating rates with brokers and assigning them to carriers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, facilitating communication between carriers and brokers.
• Submit invoices promptly, maintain accurate records, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

• Candidates who have excellent fluent English speaking & writing skills (Experience in US trucking and Dispatching will be preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
