About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead for Trademark Sales to oversee our sales operations, manage a growing team, and drive revenue for our trademark registration and protection services. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, leadership abilities, and excellent client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Trademark Sales Executives
Develop effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance
Generate and close new sales leads
Maintain strong client relationships with individuals, businesses, and law firms
Work closely with marketing and operations to support business growth
Requirements:
Minimum years of sales leadership experience (IP/legal industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team
Knowledge of trademark processes is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
