Description
Our UAE-based startup is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, a demonstrated passion for IT, and exceptional English communication skills.
- Remote work arrangement Working hours: Pakistan Time, : AM to : PM, Sunday through Thursday
- Compensation: AED , – , (based on experience and skill set)
- Ensure seamless operation of client processes, including HIL elements -
- Perform error handling and data manipulation using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) Vlookup, Hookup and Pivot Table
- Demonstrate familiarity with Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or equivalent Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Identify root causes and implement sustainable process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in Technical Customer Support roles
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with large-scale Automation Anywhere deployments
- Familiarity with UI Path or other enterprise-grade RPA platforms
