Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree (Graduation required)

. – years of proven experience in Organic Social Cold Outreach or B B Lead Generation

.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

.Experience working with international clients (Australia, USA, UK, etc.)

.Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social platforms for business outreach

.Ability to represent business owners professionally while communicating with prospects

Key Responsibilities:

-Execute organic cold outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and other social platforms.

-Identify, research, and connect with qualified B B prospects.

-Start meaningful conversations and build relationships with decision-makers.

-Represent company owners professionally during client interactions.

-Generate and qualify leads for international B B businesses.

-Book high-quality meetings for the sales team.

-Personalize outreach messages to maximize response rates.

-Follow up consistently with potential clients and nurture conversations.

-Maintain CRM records and update outreach activities daily.

-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.

-Achieve weekly and monthly outreach, reply, and appointment-setting targets.

-Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn outreach strategies and social selling techniques.
