Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit complete student visa applications for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and others.
Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission
Stay updated with the latest immigration regulations, policies, and documentation requirements for study visas.
Coordinate with students and educational institutions to gather necessary documents such as offer letters, fee receipts, SOPs, et
Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
Handle embassy/consulate queries and provide timely responses
Guide students on medical examinations, biometric appointments, and visa interviews if required.
Work closely with counselors and admission teams to ensure smooth visa processing.
Track application statuses and follow up with embassies, consulates, or VFS centers.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Administration, or a related field).
- years of experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy (preferred).
Strong understanding of study visa processes for major international destinations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client data responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience with filing SDS (Student Direct Stream) and Non-SDS visa applications.
Knowledge of GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) criteria for countries like Australia.
Familiarity with SOP writing and visa interview preparation.
Fluency in regional languages.

Foreign Visa Services is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Study visa Filling Specialist in the field of Consulting in one of their office located in Isalamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in business, administration, or a related field) qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require documentation, application, administration, visa processing, consultancy, communication, ms office, filing, writing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
