Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for recruiting local collection team members in Pakistan, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and offer issuance.

Maintain local recruitment channels, such as job websites, social media, and local job communities.

Support business managers in candidate evaluation, hiring communication, and onboarding follow-up.

Build and maintain a local talent pool to support team expansion and replacement needs.

Follow up on onboarding compliance, employee retention, and basic HR support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

– years of recruitment or HR experience; experience in finance, collection, or call center recruitment is preferred.

Familiar with local recruitment channels and the recruitment market in Pakistan.

Fluent in English; Urdu can be used as a working language.

Proficient in Excel and common office software.

Pakistani nationals are preferred.
