Candidate Must Have:

Hands-on experience in running social media campaigns and understand the metrics for measurement of campaign success.

At least two years of proven experience in social media marketing and brand awareness by using social networking channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr, Snapchat, LinkedIn, blogging and any other relevant platforms

Bachelor's degree in marketing/IT, advertising, communications or a related field (Masters is plus)

Understanding about the relevancy for social media channels utilization for different business models.

Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and provide regular recommendations to the management that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.

Extensive knowledge of each network and it's best practices as it applies to B C marketing

Familiar with the U.S social media trends and knowledge in banking and financial industry

Creative and innovative thinking and execution, with demonstrated capability for storytelling, creative content creation, and persuasive messaging

Good understanding of SEO and content marketing along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Assist in planning paid social media campaign strategies and budgets.

Advance computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

Excellent analytical, teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

Fast learner with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
