About Cognovo

• Maintain and update the company website (content, pages, basic fixes)
• Plan and manage a content calendar across social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule posts, graphics, and short-form content
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track basic performance metrics
• Ensure consistent branding and tone across the website and all social channels
• Monitor competitors on LinkedIn (content, positioning, engagement) and flag relevant trends or opportunities
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, announcements, and content ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Can independently manage a CMS (add/edit pages, fix broken links/formatting, update content without dev help)
• Solid understanding of SEO, on-page basics (meta titles, alt text, structure) and how content/website decisions affect search visibility
• Can spot and flag real website issues (broken forms, slow load times, mobile display bugs), not just edit text
• Experience running social media accounts for a business or brand, especially LinkedIn
• Can build and stick to a content calendar tied to actual business goals
• Can write LinkedIn content that sounds authentic and on-brand, not generic with an understanding of B B tone (Cognovo sells to enterprises/SMEs, not consumers)
• Can read engagement/analytics data and adjust strategy accordingly, not just report numbers
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment
• Familiarity with (or strong interest in learning) automation, system integration, or B B tech concepts, enough to write content that's accurate and credible to a technical audience, not generic marketing fluff

• Experience with B B or tech-industry content
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
