Job Description

Join Cargo Solution Services and become part of a growing logistics team. You will be responsible for leading the export sales team, driving sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations, and promoting our international freight forwarding services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead and motivate the export sales team.

* Develop and implement export sales strategies.

* Generate new export freight business.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Prepare quotations and negotiator freight rates.

* Co-ordinate with Operations and Customer Services teams.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* Bachelor's Degree.

* to Years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.

* Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.

* Good knowledge of Export Logistics & Freight Services.
