Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Digital Sales

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan (Onsite)

Please Note: Candidates with experience limited to cold calling or traditional call center environments will not be considered for this position. We are seeking strategic, senior-level professionals with a proven track record in digital sales and business development.
Job Summary
A fast-growing technology and digital solutions firm is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale its digital sales division. This role is ideal for a fully trained, experienced, and strategic sales leader with a strong background in digital solutions, SaaS, and B B consultative selling. Candidates should have a proven record of building and managing revenue-generating teams, implementing modern sales systems, and closing high-value deals through multi-channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end sales strategy and execution for digital products and services
• Identify, engage, and convert high-value B B clients in local and international markets
• Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Conduct high-level webinars, virtual meetings, and client consultations
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team
• Drive inbound and outbound lead generation via digital channels (LinkedIn, email, webinars, etc.)
• Monitor KPIs, sales data, and pipeline using CRM and analytics tools
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals
Required Qualifications
• Minimum years of proven experience in digital, software, or IT services sales
• Strong leadership background with experience in managing teams and sales operations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong grasp of CRM systems, digital selling platforms, and lead generation strategies
• Deep understanding of digital product positioning and enterprise sales cycles
• Candidates must be well-educated, polished, and come with director-level exposure
