Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, client communication, and maintaining sales records. The role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth sales operations and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond to customer queries, calls, and emails professionally.
- Prepare sales reports, summaries, and performance data.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Ensure all sales-related documents are complete and filed correctly.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams when needed.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices with clients or accounts.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and organizing client visits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- – years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
