Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of sales representatives/order bookers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent client service.

• Supervise and guide the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Plan and assign field visits to sales staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure regular order booking and timely reporting from team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the sales team.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management.
• Resolve issues related to client complaints, team conflicts, or supply delays.
• Ensure the implementation of company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• – years of supervisory experience in sales or distribution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Must have own conveyance and willingness to travel.
