Position Title:Security Supervisor

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (with regular site visits across various locations)

Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of security guards, conducting regular site visits to monitor performance, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents. The ideal candidate must be proficient in reading English for reviewing reports, instructions, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of security guards, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing on-the-job training.

- Perform regular site visits to client locations in Karachi and surrounding areas to inspect security measures, assess risks, and ensure guards are adhering to company standards.

- Monitor surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV) and respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or incidents.

- Prepare and review incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation in English.

- Coordinate with clients and management to address security concerns and implement improvements.

- Enforce safety protocols, including access control, patrolling, and emergency response procedures.

- Conduct risk assessments and recommend enhancements to security setups.

- Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and industry regulations in Pakistan.

- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management for security equipment.

#### Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of years of experience in security operations, with at least years in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g., ex-military or police background preferred).

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security management (e.g., PSQCA license or equivalent) are a plus.

- Proficiency in reading English is required for interpreting manuals, reports, and communications; basic spoken English is advantageous.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits (company vehicle provided).

- Strong physical fitness to handle on-site duties, including walking patrols and emergency responses.

- Knowledge of local security challenges in Karachi, such as urban threats and crowd management.

- Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
