Description
As a Business Development Consultant, you will drive growth and expansion for our company. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Your expertise in business development and market analysis will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
. Initial Assessment. Evaluate business operations, gaps, and opportunities to define scope and priorities
. SWOT Analysis. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for clients and internal projects
. Industry Competitive Analysis. Research market trends, competitors, positioning, and benchmarking
. TAM Calculation. Size total addressable market, serviceable market, and realistic revenue potential
. Innovation Plan. Develop new products, services, or business models to drive growth
. Strategy Implementation Document. Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, KPIs, and action plans
. Financial Forecast. Build - year projections, P&L, cash flow, and scenario models
. Tailored Marketing Plan. Design go-to-market, branding, and channel strategies specific to client goal.
. Consulting Deck. Create client-facing presentations that are clear, visual, and insight-driven
. Pitch Deck. Build investor/client pitch decks to raise funding or win business.
. Executive Summary. Distill complex strategies into - page executive summaries for leadership
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.
. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
. Continuously enhance business development processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and understanding of market dynamics and business principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
• Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates.
• Previous experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of current business development trends and best practices.
• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
• + years in consulting, strategy, or business development
• Strong skills in financial modeling, market research, and deck creation in PowerPoint/Canva
• Experience with SWOT, TAM/SAM/SOM, and competitive analysis frameworks
• Excellent communication + storytelling skills
• Self-starter who can go from assessment to execution

Nadeem Zaman is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Business Development Consultant in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have master in business administration qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require business development, market analysis, business operations, swot analysis, competitive analysis, market research, brand ambassador, marketing campaigns, interpersonal skills, analytical, presentation, public speaking, financial forecast, tom calculations, marketing planning, market assessment, innovation planning mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 100k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
