About the Role
This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain international sales experience in a flexible work environment.
As a Sales Support Intern, you will assist the sales team by handling customer communication, updating records, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Making cold calls to prospective customers using clear, professional communication.
- Sending emails and following up with clients.
- Updating customer accounts (phone numbers, addresses, email addresses).
- Providing customers with accurate information about electronic components.
- Preparing and sharing quotations.
- Understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Assisting with internal administrative and sales-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for sales and customer interaction is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience.
