Sales & WhatsApp Social Media Manager – Beauty Brands (Lahore)

We are building a modern clean beauty brand focused on performance and simplicity.

We’re looking for someone who can **turn conversations into sales** — not just reply to messages. Also, manage social media, talk to customers and close sales.

You’ll handle WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok messages and help customers choose the right products.

What you’ll do:

* Handle WhatsApp and Instagram and other platforms and responds within minutes to DMs

* Identify customer skin concerns and recommend relevant products based on customer needs

* Close orders and follow up for abandoned inquiries

* Post and manage daily stories

* Share customer reviews and build trust

What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Fast response time (within minutes) and enjoy selling

* Basic understanding of skincare/makeup

* Comfortable using Instagram + WhatsApp daily
