About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

Create and manage annual marketing budgets and sales forecasts

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Drive new product launches and marketing campaigns

Monitor and report on sales KPIs and marketing metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum + years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least years in a management position

Proven track record in FMCG industry (strongly preferred)

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies

Strong analytical and financial planning skills

Excellence in team leadership and stakeholder management
