Description
Job Post: Sales and Admin Executive (Onsite)
- Assist in managing sales leads, inquiries, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Coordinate sales meetings and presentations with clients.
- Maintain and update sales records, documents, and databases.
- Handle office administration tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing communication.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, reports, and client documentation.
- Ensure timely communication between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
