Position:

Pharmacy Floor Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure full compliance with regulatory and operational standards. This role serves as the second-in-command to the Distribution Center (DC) Manager and plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Valid Pharm-D Degree from a recognized institution

Must hold an active Pharmacist License (exclusively assigned to this location and not used elsewhere)

Strong knowledge of pharmacy warehouse regulations and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

. Inbound & Receiving Operations

Supervise inbound receiving of pharmacy stock

Ensure submission of required documentation for all focused Purchase Orders (POs)

Upload invoices on a daily basis and maintain organized monthly records

Ensure timely and accurate completion of put-away processes (LBI batches)

. Stock Transfers & Inventory Control

Oversee timely execution of all Stock Transfers (STs), including reverse transfers

Ensure compliance with transfer protocols, avoiding improper returns after “Ready for Pickup” status

Conduct weekly team sessions to reinforce accuracy and compliance

Develop and monitor standardized Stock Transfer processes

. Expiry, FIFO & Shrinkage Management

Ensure no expired or damaged products are present on shelves

Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles in inventory handling

Maintain accurate records for shrinkage, near-expiry items, and pharmacy waste

Regularly update Shrinkage and Waste Trackers (including Alico Waste Tracker)

Key Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Sound understanding of inventory systems and warehouse operations

Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations
