Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company’s quality and safety standards. The candidate must have experience in the food/spice manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform routine sampling, analysis, and quality verification in accordance with established procedures.

Ensure strict implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain audit-ready hygiene and documentation standards.

Prepare, maintain, and update test records and data entries accurately in SAP.

Support quality assurance and production teams in investigation of deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Monitor laboratory equipment, ensure proper calibration, and report any maintenance issues.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.

Requirements:

Intermediate / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.

– years of relevant experience in a testing laboratory, preferably in FMCG/spice manufacturing. (Candidates must have a experience in a food manufacturing company.)

Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods for chemical and physical analysis.

Familiarity with SAP for recording and documentation (mandatory).

Good understanding of GLP, quality standards, and lab safety practices.

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
