Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical operations of cargo and passenger lifts

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and lead the technical team

• Plan, execute, and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance

• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor progress and completion

• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for lift breakdowns

• Conduct regular inspections of lifts and safety systems (brakes, sensors, interlocks)

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of all lift equipment

• Handle emergency situations such as lift entrapments and sudden failures

• Monitor lift performance including downtime, faults, and response time

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring technical issues

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Coordinate with vendors and facilitate third-party inspections and maintenance activities

• Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and coordinate with stores

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

• Monitor and resolve daily complaints through ESS / maintenance system

• Coordinate with operations teams to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of Lift & MHE equipment

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (EBS / ESS preferred)

• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities

The ideal candidate should have • dae (diploma of associate engineering) in mechanical or electrical qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 90k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
