Description

-Scheduling appointments of patients.

-Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable

-Obtain necessary patient information - clinical, financial and demographic from referral sources to initiate the registration process

-Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

-Checking patients in and out

-Collecting and processing payments

-Following up with patients regarding test results and scheduling follow-up appointments.

-Answering phone calls and responding to emails

-Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

-Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

-Performing phlebotomy procedures, including drawing blood samples from patients

-Preparing and labeling specimens for laboratory testing

Baitussalam Welfare Trust is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Phlebotomist / Receptionist in the field of Health Care Provider in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum intermediate qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require scheduling, clinical, registration, process, compliance, regulations, checking, processing, payments, phone, calls, reception, area, filing, data entry, procedures, drawing, testing, phlebotomy, customer service, laboratory, diagnostics, patients mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
