Description

Responsibilities:

• Should be focused on providing timely, friendly and helpful information and assistance to the customers.
• Should be able to evaluate, process incoming orders & verify order accuracy. Raise flag and escalate the matter to the concerned supervisor for timely and accurate order processing.
• Assist sales for order enquiries and follow-ups.
• Work closely with channel management and sales for resolving pricing discrepancies.
• Inform customers of the new product specials.
• Escalate system errors to the concerned team for timely resolution.
• • Perform all other related order entry responsibilities including scheduling shipments, processing returns, follow-up communication regarding order status, provide tracking information, provide export documentation to the customers etc.
• Work towards total customer satisfaction including suggestions in order for better solutions.

Experience & Skill set:

• Exceptionally good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Minimum O-level of education.
• Ideally years of relevant experience. However, fresh candidates can also be considered.
• Hands-on experience on MS-Office suite.
• Experience of SAP / Baan will be a plus point

Facilities & Timings: 

• Office timings will be from : pm to : am (Night shifts only).
• Pick & Drop facility will be provided to all staff members.
